We were shown various plants then got to try different types of honey. We had a few stops for photos or coffee then trekked to the lakes at Tizgui where we stayed a while to chill out and swim. Not only did he speak several languages, he bought food for the various cats, dogs and fish that we encountered as well as chocolate for the local children. The hike down in a valley with heat trapped was 30mins exhausting but manageable, wear trainers, they have merchants down there too but few. The water is the best. If you want a longer swim time then go with a private group I think or book it here then contact them saying you want to swim for like an hour, they may find a younger crowd to put you with”
